WE LISTEN TO YOUR STORY.
WE LEARN ABOUT YOUR BODY.

If any of this describes you, we can help.
Using a safe, gentle technique called Bridging™ we restore balance and symmetry to your body so you can feel better and do more. Here's what a session looks like.
Using targeted stretching, compression, and neuromuscular coordination techniques, we begin unlocking places where movement is restricted, enabling your body to move more freely and naturally.
Our bodies are designed to move with balance and symmetry, each part working in tandem together.
Unfortunately, in the course of life, various events disrupt our natural movement. Injury, surgery or even stress-related trauma can leave us dealing with persistent pain, limited mobility, or just feeling "off."
WE GET YOU MOVING BETTER.
- your body heals itself through improved circulation and coordination
- your range of motion increases as pain decreases
- you are able to handle more physical activity without discomfort
- you have less stress and anxiety because you feel better
WANT TO LEARN MORE?
Bridging™ was created and developed by career engineer, Cara Lindell. Motivated by her son's developmental challenges since birth, she began connecting her expertise in physics to new research in human movement. The results were astounding as she discovered highly-effective, physics-based techniques for helping people move and feel better. She opened her first office in Northbrook, Illinois, and has been practicing since 2006.

You might experience symptoms like:
- pain or limited range of motion in your muscles and joints
- discomfort in your neck, shoulders, back or hips
- frequent headaches or trouble focusing
- lack of balance
- difficulty sitting, standing or lying down comfortably
We begin by listening carefully to your story. We identify as many movement-altering events as possible, starting as far back as your birth experience. This helps us understand not only what you're experiencing today, but the reason behind it.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Using a series of gentle rocking movements, we do a personalized assessment of how you're functioning today and where your movement can be improved. Combining this learning with your personal history, we begin to see where you're stuck and how we can help you feel better.

WHEN YOU MOVE BETTER,
LOTS OF GOOD THINGS HAPPEN ...
Bridging also works great for kids!
